At Imagine Leadership, I’ve not only been able to to see and hear accounts of Judi’s clients, but I have been able to take an active part in helping to inspire some of these very people and contribute to their newfound inspiration. “When I was a little girl in China attending elementary school, I had dreamed of becoming a teacher. In my dream, I saw my students and how I helped them grow. Then when I attended middle school, I dreamed of becoming a lawyer. I hoped that I could help people fight injustice. When I attended high school, I wanted to become a reporter with the media platform to help more people. Unfortunately in order to live my dream, I had to leave my family and friends in China and come to the United States.
After studying and finishing graduate school in the United States, I chose to work at Imagine Leadership LLC. As a growing entrepreneurial company the work here is not just a job that teaches and promotes leaders to stand up for injustice, but also it gives me an opportunity to learn and develop my leadership skills. Luckily, I am able to meet women who are choosing to live their dreams in leadership and starting their own businesses. Their success always reminds and inspires me that dreams take a lot of hard work and effort. I feel lucky that I have job that also supports my dreams and my success.
